Tried to change URL name and now can't log in to WP Admin

Hi there,
I was hoping you could help me fix an error I caused with my wordpress site, that has caused me to be unable to access my site’s WP Admin log in page, and thus I can’t log in to the page to try to fix it.
I was editing the site in the Dashboard and I believe under Settings, I changed both the “Site Address (URL)” and the “WordPress Address (URL)” from the old address to the new address, thinking it would work. Well I clicked Save, and it seemed to not work or freeze, so after waiting for many minutes, I closed out and tried to access the WP Admin log in page again, and now it can’t even located that log in page!
Can you please help? I have no idea what I did and my knowledge of Wordpess is (obviously) very limited and I have been researching on line for many hours and can’t figure out how to log back in or fix what I did.
To provide more details:
The website is: http://www.bikerackroad.com
We also purchased the domain name http://www.bikerackracing.com, but that was redirecting to http://www.bikerackroad.com.
Now, we want the only domain name to be http://www.bikerackracing.com, so I went into the Settings to change the “Old” Site Address and WordPress Address from bikerackroad.com to bikerackracking.com. That was my mistake because that change has made it impossible to access to WP admin log in.
Any insight you can provide would be very much appreciated!
