Tried to get a refund but ended up deleting my account, domain now lost-HELP

  My friend thought if he deleted my account I’d get a refund. alas no refund I think it just cleared the thing from existence – my domain is still alive but inaccessible. It seems. Anyone have any ideas. I’m already working on borrowed time and my domain name was perfection. I don’t want to get a stupid alternative. Also to add insult to injury- bc I no longer have a paid account – i cant’ contact customer service. Like I paid for that shit. Just my friend thought square space is easier and that i’d get a refund…. Thanks kindly.
