  For issues with Jetpack installations, you should try
  https://jetpack.com/support/

  In general, installing Jetpack means that your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, since all content hosted here has Jetpack already installed. This forum is intended for people whose content is hosted at WordPress.com.

  There is a support network for folks such as yourself whose content is hosted elsewhere, known here as self-hosted. That support may be found at https://wordpress.org/support/
