Tried to log in with username to comment on a blog; was told I don't own account

  I tried to log in with my WordPress.com username to comment on a blogspot blog, and it told me I don’t own that account. Which is absurd, as I am logged into that account right now. I am beyond frustrated right now. What’s the point of having a Gravatar if I can’t use it? And how can I communicate with a real person at WordPress about this, someone who can look at my account and maybe see what the problem is? I may have had an earlier account on the same email address, but if so, I don’t know what it was.

  Incidentally, I don’t have a WordPress.com blog, but I do have a WordPress.org blog. And it doesn’t use same email address.
