Tried to purchase a 1 year plan, twice, an error message to contact CS

    Upon checkout, I get this error message Something went wrong…
    Please go back and try again. If the problem continues, please contact our support team.(opens in a new tab)
    Go Back……….I had a website, purchased a 2 year plan with GoDaddy and 1 year free, which would have been next month, according to them, it expired last year, and I never received info that it was expiring, starting from scratch with WordPress.

    Everything on our side looks correct, so can you try once more from the cart page here? If that does not work, try editing the order to remove the domain name, temporarily. Then you can try adding it separately (still with a free credit) after the purchase, and have chat-based support to help you if you need it.

    You might also try another browser in case something’s been blocked by an add-blocker or other browser extension.
