Tried to set up new account, but the new blog was added to my existing account

  I tried to open an entirely separate account, but I see the new blog was added to my existing account. How can I get a separate account with the url I just created?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have another email address, you can register that username, then in your old account, transfer the blog to the new account.
