tried to stop blog import to redo, will not let me start a new one

    despite having stopped the import, it thinks it’s still importing and won’t allow a new one to start. How do I clear that? (I’ve cleared the info and disconnected from the other service, and it still won’t let me continue)

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

    Like a lot of people, the importer is still running at zero after 24 hours. Thanks ^^;

    Hi –

    This job is still in the queue, waiting to start. It should be soon though based on the status that I see.

    Double check that your Tumblr blog is still connected to WordPress.com. If the import starts but that connection isn’t there it will fail.

    Once started, the import should finish with in 24 hours.
