Tried to update plugin and my whole "admin" page crashed!

  I was updating my plugins and when I finished updating the last one (the social sharing one) this sign popped up:

  I’m no longer able to see my “admin” page, for this sign replaced everything on it. And my site has this sign on the top. Please help! –Zaitography.com
