tried to upgrade using discount code

Hi I tried to upgrade to premium using the discount code I was emailed FLASH10MS5CO but it just got stuck at the checkout stage for 2 DAYS! with ‘just finalizing your details’ or something similar. Now the discount has run out and if I want to upgrade I must pay the full price! I would like to upgrade using this 30% discount please. I believe the price was around the £58 mark or something like that.

Hi! We’re happy to check this over with you – just a quick question, do you know if your card/payment method occasionally requires you to manually approve purchases? It may possibly have gotten stuck if there was an approval waiting for you; we’d like to make sure you can upgrade without ending up in the same situation again!

Hi, I have used the code and it did give me the discount, however I am having the same problem, I enter payment details and click purchase and get stuck here at this screen – I can’t seem to get past this. It is making it REALLY difficult to upgrade!

Hi, yes this card does usually ask for authorisation in my app (Chase Bank) but it is not coming up in the app to authorise any transaction.

On our end I was able to check the activity logs for your most recent purchase attempt and can confirm that this transaction appears to be blocked by your card issuer for some reason. There is not further action we can take on this end to get it “unstuck” so please reach out to your provider to confirm if they are able to help authorize your purchase, thanks!

Hi I have resolved this by paying using card rather than Google pay – all sorted now, thank you for your assistance.
