Trimmed video clips uploading empty?

  We have been successfully uploaded video clips until today when we tried to upload a clip we had trimmed to remove crying babies etc. Can you shed any light on this please?

  Are you unable to upload the file at all or is it just not playing correctly once it’s uploaded?

  Thanks for your response. Sorry, should have pointed out this is The Nest blog which is under the Tots account. We have the upgrade. You will see some older video clips in our media library and them published on our blog. The latest sitting in our media library have been trimmed to remove parts we didnt want. When you drop them from iphoto to media library they load instantly. To me its too quick. I was also getting a message to say they were empty. Reverting the videos to original untrimmed they will load. The trimmed versions play in iphoto fine. Can you shed any light on this

  Hi Leslie!

  It looks like your most recent media upload on that site is actually an mp4 file, not a video file. Can you try exporting it from iPhoto in a different format? When you go to File -> Export in iPhoto to export the file, you’ll want to use the drop-down at the top of the page to change to “Original”.
