I have tried everything suggested including using incognito mode with no success. Could you please reroute this ticket to staff to check the account and close it for me.

I understand that what you want to do is to delete the site mcg1963.wordpress.com, is that correct? If so, there are no active subscriptions so you shouldn’t have any issues removing it as explained here:

If you see any error message, let us know.
Once you’ve deleted the site, you should also be able to close the account by following these instructions:
