    It appears that i have been charged for a site that has never been used. I need to be reimbursed and I never agreed to have my bank card stored on the site. I was interested in purchasing a domain last year however since you have no live customer service except what I would have to pay for I asked for a refund. I’m not certain why I was billed please advise me. Thank you

    I can see that charges on the account have been refunded and this can also be seen here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    The refund should appear on the statement of the card that was charged within 10 working days.
