Triton Lite: Customizing Post Title Color on Post Page
-
I am able to customize almost everything on my blog except Titles and Navigation color. No matter which color I choose, it’s as if there is another layer of color there already, which affects my color choice. I currently have this font color chosen: #e3fcfc. The navigation bar reflects that color choice exactly, but the Post title fonts look dark green – definitely not the chosen color (#e3fcfc).
Is there a way to customize the Post title font color and leave the Navigation bar the chosen color (#e3fcfc)? I only want to do this on the individual post page (not the home page), and I only want to change the post title font color, not the navigation bar color.
Thanks.

You can add ‘!important’ to force your CSS code to work, like so:
#posts .postitle { color: #e3fcfc !important; }It’s not recommended for general purposes, but for rare cases like yours, it should be fine.
ps: #e3fcfc for post title on single post view is pretty unreadable (but I’m sure you already know that).

Thanks so much, hfzrhmn! That did it! Totally agree on ef3fcfc being unreadable on the post page – which is why I was hoping for help changing the post title color only – I can leave the nav bar color alone, and I can customize the post title color with the css you provided! Thanks!

One more question – my sidebar titles are tied in to the post title color somehow – and they remain the dark green color. Is there a css to fix those, too?

Code for sidebar widget titles:
.widget-area .widgets .widgettitle, .widget-area .widgets .widgettitle a { color: #187B7B; // Enter your own color here } -
