Triton Lite theme maximum media width??

WordPress.com blog announce new theme available to users, kind of great.
I applied the triton lite, pretty like it, but found that my photos display look awkward. Check the theme post it stated the theme dynamic layout will snap to width, but my image size 1020 got reduced…. (i don’t know what the size after got reduce… )

    From the page http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/triton-lite/
Triton Lite is a clean and simple—yet versatile—theme designed with photographers in mind. Its home page and archive pages offer truly dynamic layouts that snap to both the heights and widths of all available content on a page, thus creating tight and tidy post arrangements that beautifully showcase your images.

Am I missing something to set in my post, or that the default setting of the theme?

Fyi, I switched back my blog http://chorwin.wordpress.com/ to Nishita theme for now, instead of live with the awkward image size…

Still hope to find out the question above.

Sorry for the lack of information on the Triton Lite Theme Showcase page yesterday, chorwin. I hope the updated page offers more information about the image sizes you’ll need to use. Let me know if I left something out!
