Triton Lite Theme Options

I have tried the wordpress.com and wordpress.org versions of Triton Lite, but neither of them give me the option of customizing the slider, style and front page per: http://s13.postimage.org/hvuw2iulj/control.jpg.
I’m SURE the version seen in the link is what I should be seeing. My version is a lot more boring and is only listed under Appearance as “Theme Options”. All it offers me is Accent Color and Link Color. I’ve tried re-installing the theme, using different browsers and just about everything else obvious.

The WordPress.com version of Triton Lite differs from the WordPress.org version, because we have adapted the theme for use in the WordPress.com environment. The options pictured in your screenshot are not available in the WordPress.com version.
We are happy to offer support for the WordPress.com version of the theme, but if you prefer to use the WordPress.org version, you can try visiting the original theme author’s website at http://www.towfiqi.com/triton-lite-free-wordpress-theme.html, or the WordPress.org support forums: http://wordpress.org/support/forum/themes-and-templates.

I am very confused. I would like to do exactly what deepersolutions is trying to do.
I downloaded the file from their site that you recommended and I loaded it into my FTP file manager (Godaddy). But my appearance does not show this still “http://s13.postimage.org/hvuw2iulj/control.jpg”
