trojan horse in my spam folder

  I cannot enter my spam folder to delete the spam. My anti virus program says the is a trojan horse in the folder JS:script PE (Trj)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The connction gets reset when I try to enter my spam folder at the dashboard

  I can log into my account fine. It is just when I try to access the spam folder is when I get knocked out.
