Trojan on my site?

  Suddenly, for no apparent reason, after doing some routine updating, Kaspersky is denying access to my site because it says it has a Trojan on it. It seemed to suggest it was connected to a plugin called Viper, which I then deactivated, but the problem persists. Any advice please?
