Can something be done about trolls and their bullying? A troll is encouraging me to commit suicide. Can that person be traced? Can that person be punished? What can I do to ensure he/she/they is reported?
Customer service replied that I need to ask a forum since I don’t have a paid site.

I’m really disappointed so far in the customer service option to follow up on people encouraging self-harm via a pending comment. Even after I’d received an email reply from WP to prompt me to reach out via a forum, I did another search on the site for customer support, with a chat box option discovering answers to my question and giving me feedback. That reply said I could just click on three dots at the bottom near the ‘follow’ button (when logged in) to report the comments, yet I spent 20 minutes looking, without success.
