  tromix.com doesn’t appear to be hosted at WordPress. The DNS shows

  NS25.DOMAINCONTROL.COM 216.69.185.13
  NS26.DOMAINCONTROL.COM 173.201.70.13

  Which I believe are for GoDaddy.

  @stevepromo is correct — tromix.com is hosted by GoDaddy (rather than WordPress.com) and was created with WordPress.org software:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but support for self hosted sites is available on the WordPress.org forums.

  If you need help with WooCommerce specifically and have purchased an upgrade, there should be an option to open a support ticket from the dashboard in your WooCommerce account. If not, you could post in the WooCommerce forums for advice.
