Need help.
Boy Scout Troop 51 (https://troop51bsa.us)
domain troop51bsa.us is good until Jan. 14, 2017 (per http://whois.domaintools.com/troop51bsa.us)
Going to https://troop51bsa.us redirects to https://en.wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain=troop51bsa
I’m new to WordPress and don’t know what to do to get this fixed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It appears that troop51bsa.us should be mapped to bsatroop51va.wordpress.com, but was changed recently to map to bsatroop51.wordpress.com instead.
Is this something I can control and change or do I need help from WordPress support to accomplish it?

It looks like your domain mapping subscription has expired.
I have added a few days onto the subscription. So you should be able to go in and renew it.
HOWEVER, the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

I don’t know what the other account is. My guess is that it is the bsatroop51va account. The folks that originally set up the site for our Boy Scout troop are no longer around. We haven’t been able to reach them.
What alternatives do we have to renew?

I will send an email to the owner of the site and upgrade in hope that they will respond giving permission to transfer the site and upgrade to your account.
