Trouble accessing content from my WordPress website

  I created a website through WordPress in July 2017 and just recently logged back on access the information saved to my account.

  The problem is, that yesterday when I was able to log in and go to the wp-admin dashboard, everything is missing…the media I uploaded, the pages, the plugins…yet my website still works when I type it in. Where do I find my missing content?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’re logged in to a WordPress.com account where you can reach the empty https://thecharbonneautwins.wordpress.com/ What is the address of your other site and is it hosted here at WordPress.com?

  the address to the site is thecharbonneautwins.com

  If I could remember correctly, I paid for a premium plan although it’s saying I have a free blog plan.
