Trouble accessing edit mode

  Hello,

  We have been using wordpress for quite a while and haven’t had any problems. Until now. We are confused as to why we are not able to edit our website through wordpress anymore. We have a paid subscription but now that is not showing up on our account, nor is our website.
  When I log in it says there is no website connected to our account.
  We spoke to someone less than a year ago to confirm payment for our subscription which we ere told is a year at a time.
  Please get back to me as soon as possible. We would like to have access to our edit mode.
