Trouble Accessing Everything but Dashboard

Hi, I’m able to pull up my site and the Dashboard, but, I when I click on any of the links on the left side(Stats, Upgrades, Stats, Posts, and all the rest of them), the pages go blank and nothing can be seen except a white page. I hope you can please help and fix it for me. Thanks so much.
PS: I have Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and the same happens in both browsers.

i have the same issue with both my blogs: no stats, no edit, as soon as i access the dashboard, everything goes blank. can you help, please??

Hi @voguerista – I checked your dashboard in Google Chrome and wasn’t able to replicate this issue. You said you tested in Microsoft Edge, would you be able to see if you have the same issue in Firefox?
There’s nothing on your site’s settings end that would be causing this issue. Let me know if there’s any improvement in Firefox.

OMG! I don’t know what you did, but, it’s working now. I downloaded Firefox. It works there and now on Chrome as well! (((((THANK YOU))))) You guys are awesome. THANK YOU!!!

I have a very similar problem. I can load my site’s published pages, but whenever I open the Admin dashboard, it loads and then immediately goes blank. I can see the navigation etc briefly, then everything vanishes. Same for wordpress.com/help. I was able to open the /wp-admin/site-editor.php page, but cannot get outside of it.
I’ve tried the latest Firefox, Safari, and I just installed Chrome – same thing in all browsers. I tried removing cache and cookies. I have 2 free sites (mindbodymovebreathe.wordpress.com and fryerk.wordpress.com) and both behave the same way.
Running on a MacBook, Sonoma 14.6 (it was also occurring on an earlier version; I upgraded in an attempt to fix it).

no, nothing works. i’ve tried with chrome, with firefox, i’ve tried a private session, i’ve tried cleaning the caches. all i get is the white screen of death.
it means i can’t edit anything, i can’t access my dashboard, so the blog is dead. please, help

i’ve really searched for solutions, but most involve having access to my own dashboard, which, no luck, i do not have. we’re not talking about some temporary glitch here… we’re talking about years of work getting annihilated in one second. i’m obviously not the only person affected here, so is it reasonable to expect a little help, please? i may not be a paying customer, i still have a decent following. i haven’t been messing with plugins or themes or whatever! one minute, everything was working, and the next – white screen, no dashboard.

It started yesterday in The Reader when I sought to click on a WP user whom had liked on of my posts; rather than seeing the screen display their blog feed, I’m greeted with a blank white screen – no posts displayed! This was observed using Safari, DuckDuckGo and Brave browsers. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

It seems to be happening more than 50% of the time, but the blog feed of some users does display. Could this have anything to do with the origin of user sites being called for display – wordpress.com vs. wordpress.org? Just a thought.

Hello to all of you.
I can access my dashboard, but I’m having problems accessing other parts of the application or website. It appears that nothing else is allowed or is loading correctly. Has anyone else run into a similar issue? I would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to troubleshoot or resolve this issue!

The same issue remains.
When in the Reader, clicking on a user should display the blog feed of that user, but does so only 1/2 the time; the other 50% displays a blank white screen, and also removes the upper WP menu bar – all white?!

Please let me know which browser and version number you’re using. I’m curious to learn if an update might be needed. A site like supportdetails.net will provide that information.
