Trouble accessing my site

  I can’t access my WordPress site. My predecessor’s username and password don’t work and when I have tried to request a reset password the email doesn’t arrive in her inbox. Any help would be much appreciated.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Y’all can try to recover access to the account through a transaction code. That information is unique to the account. Do not share that information here. This is a public forum, and the transaction details should be kept private for security of the account.
