Trouble Accessing My Site – Memberships Run Out

    Hey,

    My membership and rights to my domain ran out a few months ago, but it’s only just stopped working now.

    I tried to purchase another year of membership and it directed me to JetPack, which I bought. However my website still doesn’t work and I can’t access anything.

    I was a premium customer before and can’t get hold of anyone from wordpress themselves, would really appreciate anyones help.
    What do I do?!

    Hello

    My membership and rights to my domain ran out a few months ago, but it’s only just stopped working now.

    I too hate it when things quit working!

    verymaria.com is in the Redemption period. THis help document explains what has happened:

    the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)

    What you will have to do is pay the cost of renewing and redeeming your domain, and the nice WordPress people will restore it.

    Please be patient, this thread has been tagged so the WordPress folks will see it, they will be along after a bit.
