trouble accessing my website

Hello, I’m contacting you because I’m having trouble accessing my website (which is still being created).
I don’t have access to the email address I used to create the website because I deleted it… and therefore no longer have access to the login details to prove my identity on the website.
The website is http://www.polarisse-wedding.fr and the email address I used was (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I have another website with you that I use to log in with the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff), which was also the email address I used to recover my old email address.
I contacted Google but can no longer retrieve my email address to log into WordPress… could you please help me regain access to my site?

If you’d like to regain access to your other account but no longer have access to the email address you used to create it, the best option would be to try our account recovery process. You can follow this guide to see the types of information we accept to verify account ownership:

That said, I wanted to mention that the domain you referred to, polarisse-wedding.fr, is currently not registered and isn’t linked to the account you’re trying to recover. If you don’t have the required documentation to prove ownership of that account, you could consider registering polarisse-wedding.fr again and recreating the site under your second account — the one you do have access to.
