Trouble Accessing Past Analytics

  I am having trouble seeing analytics from my site from the past year. When I go into the Jetpack plugin I can only see as far back as November 2022. I was advised that this is probably because we got the new version of Jetpack and the old analytics are only visible in the old version of Jetpack. How can I find this old data? Thanks!

  Hi there!

  Generally speaking, updating the Jetpack plugin to a newer version does not cause the loss of old analytics. So there might be a different issue at play here. Please post on the Jetpack support forum, so the Jetpack support team can troubleshoot the issue for you. We can primarily help with WordPress.com sites on this forum.
