Trouble Accessing WordPress

    Hi, I am the owner of a domain. I cannot access the Login or Password. How would I = reset the Login so I make changes to the Website? I am unsure why my account is not being found or allowing me to access it.

    Hi there!

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    Your login page can be found here – which includes a “Lost your password” link that you can use to reset your password: https://www.lavianllp.com/wp-login.php

    If you’re not able to reset your password that way, you would need to reach out to your host GoDaddy for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
