Trouble activating account

  I’m not receiving confirmation emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff) – can you please look to solve this?
  I’ve also tried to add an alternative email but an old blog is signed up with it so I’m not able to change it. Any advise? Thanks

  Please, gemmacevans, can you also perform the same magic with my account? I purchased the account yesterday, but never got any email with a blue button to activate my account – and I have had that email “resent” multiple times from inside my WordPress account. I am not able to publish any posts, and I have a time sensitive post saved and ready to go. Please can you get my account activated so I can publish my posts!

  can you please activate my account as well? It keeps saying the email is sent and I receive no email. Very frustrating!

  Our system shows the email has been sent. Please check your spam folder and if you can’t find the email there, start a new thread and tag it with ‘modlook’. Once you’ve done so, a member of staff will help you activate your account.
