  I am trying to add this theme to my wordpress site and it said to contact support. Can you help me please?

  So, when you go to activate the theme here, you get a notice to contact us? Are you trying to activate the WordPress.com version or download and install the self-hosted version here? Since your site is self-hosted, you cannot activate a WordPress.com theme, you must install a WordPress.org theme for your site.
