Trouble Adding Feedback Form

  Hi there, I am using the Coralline theme and trying to add a feedback box on my blog where people can express an interest in my classes. Ive got all the basic down and hit the right button to add one and hit the proper button to apply it to my post on my contact page, but nothing eer happens. I even see the codig involved display on the post, but when I try and preview the changes, nothing. Any ideas??

  Are you putting it in the Visual editor or the HTML editor? Are you using the standard WordPress.com contact form, or some other code?

  Im suring the standard WordPress Contact Form by hitting the “add custom form” button
