Trouble Adding New Videos with VideoPress

    There have been a number of problems reported with the “new” VideoPress, including : (1) Black screen when attempting to expand to full screen for users of IE 10 and IE11; (2) Any and all viewers being able to save your videos by right-clicking mouse; this ability exists whether or not you enable sharing; and (3) inability of VideoPress to recognize your custom saved thumbnail.

    I was asked to start a separate thread for possible problems uploading new videos.

    1. A couple of days ago I reported that after uploading new videos it was taking “forever” to process the video. For example, I would get the black preview screen saying video would be processed in a couple of minutes and it would take an hour.

    2. Today, after uploading a new video I get a white preview screen (rather than black) that says “Service Error: There was a problem getting the configuration information. Please try again later.” But it seems this problem now resolves itself and within a couple minutes the video is ready to go, except for the other noted problems of sharing, thumbnail, and expanding to full screen mentioned above.

    So, are other people experiencing problems adding new videos?
