Trouble adding tabs

    I tried to create a new tab for my menu (I went on ‘create a new menu’ so i could add a ‘contact’ tab on my blog besides the ‘Home’ and ‘About’), however, when i save it on my blog and click on the ‘contact’ tab nothing happens and I’m not able to edit the new tab. can someone please advise me on what i am doing wrong?
