Trouble after upgrading

I tried to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress for my site, but now the site just comes up blank, and I can`t access my Admin dashboard either. Any idea how I can fix this?

All sites hosted by wordpress.COM like http://pinkthetown13.wordpress.com/ are updated by Staff and we bloggers do not have to do any updating at all.
What is the URL of the site you refer to? We are unable to assist unless or until you provide the site URL you refer to starting with https:// so we can verify hosting.
We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You could be posting to the wrong support forum. Know that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and you can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
To save time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
