trouble applying theme to self hosted site

I am trying to apply my purchased theme (Fortune – https://fortunedemo.wordpress.com/ ) to a self hosted site (http://www.mansfieldpartners.com.au). I seem to be unable to download the .zip file for the theme in order to install it – it is now also not showing the theme as purchased on my account either for whatever reason but I do have a receipt for it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Premium themes that are purchased on WordPress.com are only usable for sites hosted at WordPress.com and cannot be downloaded or used on self-hosted sites.If you purchased your theme within the past 30 days you can request a refund from WordPress.com and then purchase a downloadable version from Creative Market.
Are you able to see the theme if you go to the Purchases page? If so, just click the Cancel button.

I purchased within the last 30 days yes (9th July). But it is not showing in my Purchases page ??
Is there a support centre I can contact to have them refund this?

I refunded you for your theme purchase. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
As @bookgirlmn mentioned, you can purchase the self-hosted version of the theme through Creative Market.
