Trouble buying shipping labels and adding additional credit cards.

Hello! We recently started a small business and have been using WooCommerce services to buy shipping labels. It’s linked with the WordPress account, and right from the start, only one of our credit cards would work on the site. We’d get the error ‘There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.’. We finally got a card to work, and have been buying shipping labels for about a week now. Today I just tried to purhcase a label, and got the error ‘There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment.’ I tried adding in 2 additional cards to see if it was a problem with billing, but I get the same ‘problem with your credit card’ error, and can’t buy any labels. How can we get this fixed?

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
