trouble centering text in the top heading

http://www.scotttesta.com I am having trouble centering text in the top heading
Digg 3 Column by Small Potato
what am I doing wrong? Thanks Scott

It’s coded in the theme to align to the left. If you want it centered, perhaps you should upload a custom header.
Also – it appears you have marked every one of your posts as a sticky post (i.e., you checked the box “Stick this post to the front page”) You may want to look at this FAQ http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/i-want-a-certain-post-at-the-top-on-my-blog/ and deselect that box.

I was wondering if support would consider this a feature or a bug fix. . . it seems that centering the text in the header should be some type of option by doing a custom header to center the text seems like overkill.. . .its not a due or die issue. . but it may be an easy fix .. .just a thought

It’s probably deliberately put to the left by the designer. WP.com doesn’t usually mess much with what the designers have done for the themes; there’s a certain rigidity to the look which only clever workarounds (like the above) or Custom CSS can overcome.

ok. . that makes sense. . this may be pushing it but is there a way of contacting the designer? Thanks for your help Scott

Usually there’s a link to the designer’s site embedded right in your theme, so look in your sidebar or footer for it.

cool great idea. . unfortunately when I went to the designers website to contact on feedback this is what I got. .
