Trouble changing email address tied to Account profile

  I’ve tried changing the email address on my profile – I have a message saying ‘pending’. I don’t have access to the original email account – is it waiting for confirmation from the original email address or the new one?

  Please be patient while waiting there for Staff help and post only into a single thread on an y single issue.
