Trouble configuring dns

    I have the blog expressware.wordpress.com
    I want to use the domain blog.expressware.co.uk
    I have purchased the domain mapping add-on and set it to our domain.

    I’m having trouble configuring the DNS to point to wordpress as it is a subdomain and I can’t transfer the higher level nameserver records.

    This leaves me with setting DNS records for the subdomain against the domain.
    So far I have 2 NS records in the expressware.co.uk zone for blog.expressware.co.uk point to ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com but this hasn’t worked. Do I need to add an A record as well, if so is it to the IP for ns1.wordpress.com. or for expressware.wordpress.com. Or do I add CNAME records?

    For a subdomain, there’s no need to change your nameservers. Just follow this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-subdomain/
