Trouble Connecting Domain

  I have mapped htchawaii.org to my WordPress site, but I am getting an error that I need to complete the domain setup. The directions say I have to login to the domain provider, which is Wild West Domains, but I don’t have a account with them? I’m not sure what to do. Help would be much appreciated!!

  It looks like the domain was registered through Microsoft. Can you confirm that you own the domain through them? If not, you can’t use this domain, as it’s already registered.

  To clarify, you added a “Domain Connection” meant for using an existing domain registered elsewhere. If you don’t own this domain, please click here and remove the domain connection from your site.
