Trouble consistently compose menes

My very incomplete site is at: strathamheritage.wordpress.com. I’m using Libre 2 design. Working on the site’s menu has been very frustrating. To do the brdy menu work, I go to the options stacked on the left left side of the page. I choose Personalize X Customize and click on it. When things are going well, another page appears with a smaller set of choices stacked on the left side of the page. one of the choices is Menus, which I click onn. This takes me to menus work area. The problem with work here is unwanted appearance of menu option from elsewhere in the menu (which I delete). I believe that I “Published” all changes and additions to this page.
The bigger problem is an alternate appearance (after clicking Personalize X Customize). The alternate replaces the useful page described above. The alternate is placed in upper left of the page and only includes a link to Libbre 2’s widget, which I do not use. I do not need this alternate, but really do need the page with the Menu option. Once the menu is set, I have hundreds of photos to move from my account at Flickr (not Apple Photo, Google Photo,
Amazon Photo, or my hard drive). Can you help me?Wallace Stuart

How do I move photos from my Flickr account to my WordPress site account and appropriate menu? I do not use my WordPress blog account.
