Trouble customising and purchasing theme

  Help me please! I’m trying to start developing a blog and have just purchased your $99 premium plan. I then went to start developing my blog and chose the Zuki theme. I’ve gone in and customised it, saved all the changes, then closed the window, lost all of my customisation and did it all over again, lost it again and it just keeps sending me in a loop and not allowing me to get to the next stage of paying the $24. Once I finish customization, it just goes back to the original screen asking me to enter my tagline and theme again!! I need some assistance. My number is 0448 134 118

  Hey Jacqui!

  Could you let me know what kinds of customizations you’re making to the theme that don’t seem to be sticking? Currently, the appearance of your site appears to match the customizations made under Appearance -> Customize.
