trouble deleting my site

  Hi.

  We would like to delete our site. However, when I try to do this from within the dashboard, I get a message that I need to cancel our upgrade first. But there are no upgrades listed. Can you please help us delete the site?

  Hi there!

  What is the blog address of the site you are wanting to delete? I checked the account that you are contacting us from and yes, I do not see any active upgrades. However, maybe you are referring to an upgrade under a different account?

  Let me know the site address and I’d look into it for you.
