Trouble deleting my site

  I can’t seem to delete my blog foodieeshe.wordpress.com. When I try to it says: ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ However, when I go to ‘manage purchases’ the only active purchases is a theme that I bought as a one off which says ‘never expires’ there’s nothing else there to cancel and my last payment was made on the 26 July 2015.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  This is a known issue. But don’t worry. Someone from the staff will help you delete the premium theme and then you can safely delete the site.

  Hi there,

  ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’

  Upgrades need to be removed before you can delete your site — the Premium Theme was preventing you from doing so. I’ve removed that from your account now.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.
