Trouble deleting my WordPress.org site

  I thought I had deleted my WordPress.org website about a year ago. My hosting company is CraftLaunch. I cannot access my WordPress dashboard to completely delete my WordPress website. The problem I’m having is that BeautifullyPractical still shows up on WordPress and this results WordPress redirecting readers to my CraftLaunch site which results. It’s also causing crawling errors. Can you help?
