Trouble deleting site

  I want to delete the content of my site and then change ownership. I followed the steps in Tools, delete blog. There was no apply or opportunity to go further.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What do you mean by “change ownership”? Are you trying to empty your site and then give the URL to someone else? Or are you trying to delete your existing site and then start a new site yourself?
