Trouble Deleting Site

  Hi, I’m trying to delete my site, but for some reason, it’s telling me to cancel/manage a purchase I made like more than a year ago–maybe two at this point. However, I can’t manage it because there’s nothing to manage and it won’t let me delete the site. I also tried changing the theme to something else and that didn’t help either. Please help.

  Hi there,

  There is a theme that is preventing you from deleting the site.

  I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
