Trouble deleting site because of a never expiring premium theme purchase

When I try to delete my site, I get a warning dialog, ‘Premium Upgrades You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’
When I choose ‘Dismiss’ it cancels the delete and when I choose ‘Manage Purchases’ it seems like a dead end, I think because the theme never expires. What do I need to do in order to delete the site?

If someone from Staff could reach out and delete it I would very much appreciate it and I am aware that the website will not be recovered. Thanks.

Do take note of this :
Premium themes don’t expire, but once you cancel it you’ll need to buy it again if you want to use it again. Please confirm if you want to cancel this theme.
