Trouble displaying widgets

When I did a Preview of Reddle on my blog there were sidebars which I want. When I activated it and looked at my blog on my ipad, the widgets were at the bottom instead of the side. How can I get them on the sidebar?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

Can you give me some more details so we can try to troubleshoot your issue?

    – What version iPad are you using?
    – What are you using to view your WordPress.com site – Safari, the WordPress app, or a different browser?

    Best,
    Pam

    Hi Pam,
I am viewing on an iPad 2 using Safari. The blog looks fine on my laptop in Windows XP with either Explorer or Chrome. Is it a screen size issue?
    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

The Reddle theme is responsive, which means the layout adapts to whatever size screen it is on. So yes, it is a screen size issue, and if you want the widgets to always show on the side, you may want to choose a different theme. You can view all available themes at http://theme.wordpress.com/ and test them on your blog to see how they look on your iPad.

    Best,
    Pam
