Trouble editing post

  I am having a lot if trouble editing new post. Can’t get jpeg to insert. Can’t insert hyperlinks. Not sure if its functional or just not obvious how to although ive done it before . Some links don’t work e.g. The ask support link is not a link. So I couldn’t make this query from my computer. Just changed account name so i dont know if its related. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  Are you still having these issues? I just took a look in your account and I wasn’t having any trouble adding images, clicking on links, etc.

  That is usually the sign of javascript not loading or not being allowed to run. You may want to try making sure that you don’t have any browser add ons or security programs which are preventing javascript from running (including loading your site through a proxy), and you also might want to try loading your site through a different browser.

  Thanks, I don’t know how to docheck addons or javascript but I did switch browsers and it was fixed. Other problems before included, that I couldn’t add tags.
